We want every IPTV Subscribe customer to feel good about what they're paying for. This page spells out exactly what your refund options are — both before you sign up and after you've subscribed. Read it once, save the link, and you'll know where you stand.
1. Free Trial
You can test the full service with our free 24-hour trial. No credit card. No catch. You get every channel and every feature that comes with the plan you pick. After 24 hours the trial just ends — there's no auto-charge unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've paid for a plan and it's not what you hoped for, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. We don't grill you on the reason.
- You'll need to send the request within 24 hours of the original payment date.
- The guarantee covers first-time purchases only. Renewals aren't included.
- We refund back to the same payment method you used.
- Most refunds land in 3–7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or processor.
3. How to Request a Refund

Include the email tied to your account and a rough date of purchase. That's all we need to find you. We'll get back to every refund request within 48 hours.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions roll over on their own unless you cancel first. Renewal charges aren't refundable. To skip the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Need a hand with cancelling? Message us and we'll walk you through it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few cases where a refund won't apply:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account has been suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing your login or trying to get around region limits.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. In that case, talk to us directly first; chargebacks lock the refund process on our side.
6. Technical Issues
Buffering? A missing channel? Connection dropping out? Please ping us before you ask for a refund. Most of these problems take minutes to fix, and we'd rather get you watching than process the refund. The team's on WhatsApp 24/7 — chat with us here.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change kicks in from the date it's posted. If you're already a subscriber, you keep whatever refund rights applied when you bought your plan.
